Pete Holley

Pete studied Psychology at Aston University and Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London. After a year in research psychology, he took up a post as an HR Consultant at Percom Limited, a leading HR software supplier at the time. He moved into software product management roles in the same company, eventually heading a team responsible for product specification, documentation, testing, release and third-level support.

He then moved to WorkGroup Systems, a supplier of helpdesk software, where he continued to work in product and development support, leading the support team, releasing products in multiple languages and managing various development projects.

Since setting up Holley O'Hara in 1994, Pete has worked as a consultant analyst, architect, designer and developer on various projects and clients with HR system support specialists HelpOut, HR software developers Software for People, management consultants TPMG and systems house JHC PLC, amongst others.
